1. Listen to the special Frequency Power Music at least once a day.

1. Play your Power Music first for 15 – 20 minutes. (Depending on your current state of energy, you may want to play the music longer.) This is a relaxing time to settle into the new and enhanced frequencies your body will receive. Because of the state of our environment, each person will adjust differently. To some, the changes will be very subtle, while others will feel the effects dramatically and immediately.
2. Remove the M-Pouch from its reusable bag and place the adjustable cord over your head. Optimally, the M-Power Pouch should hang directly in front of you, in the middle of your chest. (It should hang no lower then your navel, no higher than the bottom of your neck, and right in the middle of your chest.) It will not be effective if hanging to your sides or on your back. Many women wrap the cord around the pouch and place it inside their bra or undergarments to hide the cord. (Note: A few pouches have been lost this way – be careful!) When sleeping, shorten the length by using the plastic adjuster attached to the cord. Simply depress the button on the adjustor and pull on the looped portion of the cord until the appropriate length is achieved. 3. Drink plenty of fresh, clean water. Two quarts per day is recommended. We all know that water is the foundation of life. Unfortunately, we drink coffee, soda, tea, juices, and other liquids that do not properly hydrate the body. These drinks also bring chemicals, artificial sweeteners, preservatives, and other unfriendly toxins into our body. There is no substitute for fresh and clean water. 4. Care and maintenance. Keep your Power Music out of the direct sunlight or intense, sustained heat. When removing the music from its storage case, make sure to press the center release button firmly. If not, you may crack the disc.
